Control & Inspection
During states of
fabrication and upon completion each job has a quality control
sheet which is filled out and stays with the job. The inspector
checks for appearance of materials, good quality (no rust or
splatter) welds are consistent in size, smooth and uniform to
members being welded. Holes are the correct type, size and location.
Paint correct kind coverage good and color as specified.
Fabrication is dimensionally
checked. Overall height, width, length dimension are within drwg.
tolerances. Placement of structural welded members, hole sizing,
locations, tapped holes, bend lines, material type and sizing,
proper weld joining materials, location of welds & weld size
are according to drwgs. tolerances.
All required testing has been
performed. Mechanical assemblies operate completely, as per their
design. Customers, special request, or requirements, have been
addressed.
